Crew Page Design Concepts

Main Concepts:

This page is basic overview of the crew and gives a short synopsis of their bio with the ability to read more. I split this page into thirds as well, for the ease of transition from desktop to mobile.

Element Concepts:

At the top of the bio section is a link to go to the page to join the crew. I went back and forth with putting in it's own area on the page where the live stream area is, but decided against it, instead allowing users to access the live stream from any page. I also went back and forth between putting this at the top and the bottom of the content section. Ultimately I decided to put it at the top of the content section because I realized there may not be much potential for someone to scroll through all the bios before they see it. I wanted to make this piece visible to the majority versus burying it in the content.

Each crew member receives a bio pic and summary. After the summary of their bio there will be a link to read more of each of the crew members bios in a full page view. I thought about splitting these into a 2x layout, to use the full width of the screen. I decided against this as the content section is using a parchment background vs a black partially transparent background. Aligning the bios in the manner that I did will lend itself better to a mobile responsive layout
